Hello

I am Wendy, a User Experience Designer from Singapore. I am currently in the midst of completing my Masters in User Experience Design in Wellington, New Zealand. My curiosity on how application work has led to my discovery of User Experience (UX) Design.

Being in the industry for more than 2 years now, with working experiences in tech start-ups and consultancy with a focus on digital government transformation projects, had broaden my horizon and perspective towards Human-centred Design.
I am committed to creating intuitive and beautiful experiences that combines empathy, creativity and rationality by connecting the dots between business and its’ customers.

2017 - Present

Involved and engaged in internal and external stakeholders participatory digital transformation activities including exploratory workshops, interviews, heuristics evaluation, usability testing and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research.

Lead the design efforts in defining the preliminary design concept for large-scale agile delivery projects, and facilitated the continuous design improvements and processes.

Collaborated and worked closely with the development team to ensure that the technical requirements are accurately documented and suitable for development and facilitated development testing during delivery phase.

Spearheaded expansion plans in Malaysia and Hong Kong, primarily involved in marketing communication plans and collaterals.

Maintained a key marketing and communications role in CarPal’s digital strategy and product roadmap cycle, including analysis of key target audiences and formulate strategies to identify appropriate communication channels.

Collaborated and worked closely with development team to understand technical requirements and devise viable user interface for CarPal’s web and mobile application.
